Factory2Fit’s new Worker Feedback Dashboard application gives factory workers feedback on their wellbeing and on how their shifts are going

In collaboration with Finn-Power Oy, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland has developed an app that gives workers in the manufacturing industry positive feedback on their personal wellbeing at work and work performance. The app is currently being piloted by the workers at Stera Oy in Forssa, Finland. It was developed as part of the European research project Factory2Fit, funded under the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme.    Read more

University students collaborate with Factory2Fit

Automation engineering students from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences present their project work to the Factory2Fit partners in Kauhava

The Factory2Fit team had the opportunity to learn about the long-standing cooperative relationship between project partner Prima Power and Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) at the Factory2Fit consortium meeting in Kauhava last month. Meeting host Prima Power arranged for seven 3rd year automation engineering students to come in and showcase their work to the project team.      Read more

Hydroline is a rapidly growing family-owned hydraulic systems company based in the town of Siilinjärvi in eastern Finland. They are well aware of the need for new solutions to convince people that factories can be appealing and inspiring working environments. APMS is one of the leading international conferences on production management.
